Morgan Melnikoff
Chief Executive Officer
Along with Dr. Caleb Moore, Morgan founded Everpoint in 2020. Morgan leads and manages all aspects of Everpoint Health, a woman-owned business and national provider of full-service custom COVID-19 testing solutions to meet the needs of businesses, educational institutions and individuals.
Over the course of the pandemic, Morgan evaluated all available COVID-19 testing options to identify and negotiate and form partnerships with the leading laboratories and technology platforms and created an in-house laboratory for testing. She expanded Everpoint Health's offerings to include individual testing centers, corporate testing, educational testing and event testing.
Prior to joining Everpoint Health, Morgan was a Senior Strategist at Polisi Jones where she was responsible for account management and client service, operational and communications strategy, and marketing. Prior to that, Morgan spent six years at Luxor Capital Group, LP where she managed all aspects of the firm's investor relations functions, and provided oversight for the firm’s operations, accounting and compliance. Morgan began her career at Ernst & Young where she worked with UBS, Fortress and Jefferies.
Morgan has been actively involved in cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She worked with the development team and Dr. Robert Motzer to establish the Memorial Sloan Kettering Translational Kidney Cancer Research Program (TKCRP) and founded and chaired the fundraising event "Rock Out for the Cure" to benefit kidney cancer research, which raised close to $1 million—the most successful third-party fundraising event in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s history. In addition, she spent time bringing congressional awareness to the lack of funding for kidney cancer. Morgan was chosen to be the 2018 keynote speaker at the Memorial Sloan Kettering gala and was profiled on many news publications.
Morgan holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University at Rose Hill. Morgan also is a certified public accountant.
Katie Joyce, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Joyce joined Everpoint in 2022 as Chief Medical Officer where she oversees all the medical activities at the company.
Dr. Joyce is an internist at Greenwich Medical Partners where she focuses on individualized and comprehensive patient care and develops long term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Joyce trained at Greenwich Hospital, part of the Yale-New Haven Medical System. Dr. Joyce excelled in residency and was selected to serve as Chief Resident. As Chief, she held many responsibilities, including teaching residents, creating curricula, and organizing the day-to-day operations of the residency program.
While serving as a Hospitalist Physician at Greenwich Hospital, Dr. Joyce worked courageously throughout the pandemic, taking care of COVID patients.
Dr. Joyce graduated in from Williams College in 2005. Following Williams, Dr. Joyce completed her post-baccalaureate pre-med studies at Columbia University. A native of Massachusetts, she returned to her home state to complete her MD at the University of Massachusetts. The University of Massachusetts is recognized as one of the best state schools in the nation, particularly in primary care.
