Caleb Moore, M.D.
CEO & Chief Medical Officer
Dr. Moore is the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Medical Officer of Everpoint Health.
Dr. Moore is a Board-Certified Internist and is the founder of Greenwich Medical Partners, a medical practice with over 3,000 patients. Having developed a reputation of trust, quality and exemplary service, Greenwich Medical Partners is widely considered to be one of the top primary care practices in the New York Metro area. Dr. Moore has operated successful medical practices since 2007 and has consistently been named a Top Doctor in the region by his peers.
Dr. Moore served as a Medical Advisor to the Department of Health. As a Medical Advisor, he helps create local public health policies, monitors reportable illness and oversees other initiatives. He has recently served on the Board of the Greenwich Country Day School where he created a committee on Health and Safety.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts in English from Dartmouth College, Dr. Moore joined the National Institute of Health as an integral part of a diagnostic research team that focused on lymphomas and other hematological cancers. Subsequently, he went on to Columbia University’s College of Physicians and Surgeons where, in 2002, he received his Doctor in Medicine. Dr. Moore completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Yale New Haven Hospital. Dr. Moore then stayed on as a Chief Resident within the Yale New Haven Hospital Department of Medicine, where he helped run the academic programs for the Divisions of Primary Care and Medicine/Pediatrics.
Morgan Melnikoff
Chief Operating Officer
Morgan is responsible for all operational functions of Everpoint Health.
Prior to joining Everpoint Health, Morgan was a Senior Strategist at Polisi Jones where she was responsible for account management and client service, operational and communications strategy, and marketing. Prior to that, Morgan spent six years at Luxor Capital Group, LP where she managed all aspects of the firm's investor relations functions, and provided oversight for the firm’s operations, accounting and compliance. Morgan began her career at Ernst & Young where she worked with UBS, Fortress and Jefferies.
Morgan has been actively involved in cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering. She worked with the development team and Dr. Robert Motzer to establish the Memorial Sloan Kettering Translational Kidney Cancer Research Program (TKCRP) and founded and chaired the fundraising event "Rock Out for the Cure" to benefit kidney cancer research, which raised close to $1 million—the most successful third-party fundraising event in Memorial Sloan Kettering’s history. In addition, she spent time bringing congressional awareness to the lack of funding for kidney cancer. Morgan was chosen to be the 2018 keynote speaker at the Memorial Sloan Kettering gala and was profiled on many news publications.
Morgan holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fordham University at Rose Hill. Morgan also is a certified public accountant.
